Virtual Class Schedule

Join Thomas for virtual classes on Zoom. Classes will start Sept 12, and continue on until December.
The typical weekly class schedule is:

Saturday
Pranayama practice "Sadhana Saturday” 9:30-11:00 am CST

Sunday
active Asana practice 9:30 - 11:00 am CST
slower Asana practice “Self Care Sunday” 4 - 5:30 pm CST

Tuesday
slower Asana practice 5-6:30 pm CST

Wednesday
Pranayama practice 9:30-11:00 am CST

Thursday
active Asana practice 9:30-11:00 am CST

You can make a payment via Paypal or paying by check for a series of classes. Thomas will email you specific information about how to pay for class and the link for the session.

When to arrive

The classroom will open 15 minutes prior to class and will begin promptly at the appointed time. You are welcome to arrive early and settle in. Please plan to be at least a few minutes early so technical issues do not prevent you from the complete practice.

What to have ready for class

A sticky mat, 2 blocks, a strap (or a t-shirt or neck tie) and 2 blankets. If you don’t have all these props, you will be fine.
