SUMMARY:Italian 7 Day Yoga Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Join us in Italy for a 7 day yoga retreat. \nOur retreat will be at the Borgo della Marmotta in the village of Poreta\, a 20 minute drive to Spoleto and 40 minutes to Assisi. The old stone farm has been renovated masterfully and the yoga room is the Top Experience of all yoga rooms in my experience. The dining is indoor/outdoor\, beautiful as the grape arbor leads to the pool. The breakfasts are fabulous after pranayama and meditation and dinner a delight. \n\n\n\n		\n	\n\nPrice and Registration\n\n	The cost of the 6 days retreat is € 1650 (per person) for a double and € 1950 for a single. Price includes: 7 nights room accommodation\, 7 dinners and breakfasts\, 3 practices a day for 5 days in the week\, a day trip to Assissi\, and one morning active practice off. \nLunches will be on our own. \nRegistration\nEmail paolo.anselmi@waldenlab.it and tmfortel@gmail.com for registration and payment information. \n\n\n\n		\n	\n\nTransportation\n\n	To arrive in Poreta these are the possible ways:\nFrom Rome \nBy car: 140 km – 1h 40’–1h 50’. \nBy train to Spoleto: 1h 20’ (20-25€) + taxi to Poreta: 12 km\, 15’ (25-30€) \nFrom Florence \nBy car: 204 km – 2h 30’-2h 40’ \nBy train to Foligno: 2h 30’ – 3h (40-50 €) + taxi to Poreta: 20 km\, 25’ (40-45 €). \nTo depart from Assisi:\nBy car: 175 km to Rome (2h 20’); 170 km to Florence (2h 15’) \nBy train: Bus (line C) from the center of the old city to the train station (there is a bus every 30 minutes) and then by train to Florence or Rome (about 2h 30’ – 3h). \n\nCancellation Policy (revised March 3\, 2022)\n\n	Contact Thomas directly if you need to cancel your registration for this event (tmfortel@gmail.com).
