Active and Passive Yoga, Meditation, and Ayurveda with instructor Thomas Fortel. Please bring your props if you have them. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice!
Schedule:
9am-12:30pm Meditation followed by one hour of Pranayama and two hours of Active Asana Practice
12:30-1:30pm Catered Vegetarian Lunch with the Traveling Chef (included in class fee)
1:30-3:30pm Ayurveda information followed by 90 minutes of Twists and Restorative Postures
