We would like to invite you to a 6-day (5-night) yoga retreat with Thomas Fortel, in Ardeche, France. We will come back to the Le Moulin d’Ozon, as it offers such a beautiful setting to practice yoga, a great environment to relax, and the food, cooked by Mary, is simply delicious!

Le Moulin d’Ozon is located in Ardeche, right above the Provence region. The Moulin d’Ozon is a water mill dating back to the 15th century (see history page), and located in Ardeche, right above the Provence region. The Moulin was completely renovated 3 years ago into a “gîtes” with facilities to practice yoga. The site extends over 5 acres and offers a forest along the river Auzon, a large swimming pool, gardens with trees and flowers, orchards, shared terraces by the river, hundred-year-old trees, and plenty of hiking trails all around.

# of sessions: 12+ 14 (1 on day 1, 3 on day 2, 3 on day 3, 2 on day 4, 3 on day 5, 2 on day 6). On day 4, we keep it to 2 sessions so that people have time to explore the region a bit.

Dojos: see here. We plan to go for the bigger dojo to allow for additional capacity if needed.

Lodging: 2 different formats: bedrooms with shared bathroom (2 bedrooms for 1 bathroom), 5 rooms with a private bathroom (first come, first serve). “Gîtes”-like comfort (see pictures here).

The food: Vegan based with cheese and eggs added in the morning and lunch menu. Mostly organic & local food. The feedback from all participants this year was excellent.

The Price includes lodging, 3 meals per day, yoga equipment, and towels.

▪ Starts at 1050 euros /person for people sharing a room.

▪ Add 20 euros per day per person for single rooms.

▪ Add 20 euros per day for private bathroom (only 5 rooms available).

Email FrenchYoganStuff@outlook.com. Reservation and 500 euros deposit per person by December 5, 2024. The full amount to be paid by June 1st, 2025.

Cancellation Policy

We will keep the full deposits for cancellations after June 1st, 2025.
